 Have each person bring a bottle of wine, make a list with the names on the back of a card, then cover each bottle with plain white paper and add a numbered card (included) to each bottle.
 
Open each bottle and taste it, decide which bottle you think it is, write it down, and rate it! Repeat for each bottle, then unveil each bottle at the end.
